Our inviting Atelier Art Studio is ideal for creative workshops, mindful gatherings, yoga sessions, or relaxed meetings, comfortably seating up to 12 guests with flexible table layouts tailored to your event. Say goodbye to uninspiring boardrooms and enjoy a peaceful, inspiring setting that encourages relaxation, reflection, and connection. Accommodation is available on-site in our two beautiful cottages. Wren Cottage sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms, while Eagles Nest House comfortably accommodates 9 guests with 4 bedrooms. Both cottages offer all the comforts of home including heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, and spacious living areas. Catering options can be arranged to suit your needs, and you’ll have access to running water, bathrooms, and full kitchen facilities throughout your stay. Located in central Albany our salon spa has been carefully appointed and our staff professionally trained to ensure any treatment you enjoy with us will be a positively memorable experience. We offer: Yoga, the level of classes cater for the beginner, intermediate or advanced student, with classes scheduled at various times of the day and week, all year round. Pilates is a method of exercise that offers a total body conditioning program that enhances quality of life and improves strength, flexibility, stamina and body awareness. Meditation is taking place every week and is free of charge. Dance classes include Ballet Barre, Jazz isolations, Ballet, Salsa, Tango, Hip Hop and Contemporary, classes for 3 years old to Adults. Experience Swedish Relaxation, Remedial Deep Tissue, Stones & Organic Body Massage and Facials. Kitchen and Shower facilities available. Room hire available to other instructors.

Solitude Pilates and Wellness
Albany’s first Hot Pilates studio is now open in the CBD!
This new, centrally located studio specialises in Hot Pilates, alongside Yoga, HIIT, Stretch and pre and post-natal classes. Solitude offers a unique mat-based experience focused on low-impact, high-repetition movement that targets smaller muscle groups to build strength, endurance and control. Each session is designed to challenge and restore, improving flexibility, mobility and overall body awareness so you leave feeling more balanced in both body and mind. Classes are performed in a heated room between 30–35 degrees, helping to enhance flexibility, support circulation and natural detoxification while adding an extra level of challenge. Casual visitors are warmly welcome, with drop-in classes available for those visiting the area or wanting to try a session or two, all easily booked online or via the Solitude App. Sol Social, located next door, is a relaxed Albany coffee bar offering fresh, simple and locally made drinks in a calm and welcoming setting. Serving Micrology Coffee alongside favourites such as flat white, cappuccino, mocha, iced coffee, ceremonial matcha and hot chocolate, Sol Social is all about doing the everyday well. Enjoy a real fruit smoothie plus a range of superfood add-ins, wellness boosters, protein boosts, functional add-ons, nutritional supplements and other natural enhancers for an extra nourishing option.
